Patient Access
We use a secure website called Patient Access which provides:
- Appointments
- Repeat Prescriptions
- Change of Address or Telephone Number
- Access parts of your GP medical record

However you will need to register for Patient Access before you can use it.
NHS App
The NHS App is the simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services (including services provided by Patient Access) on your smartphone or tablet.

How to Register for Patient Access
For security reasons you must prove your identity to the reception staff who will then supply a registration document with personalised access code. For a full list of identity documents please check the Government's Proof of Identity Checklist.
You can only apply in person and we require 2 forms of identification (ID). Photographic ID for the person making the application or alternatively a birth certificate if no photographic ID is available and an up to date document with proof of registered address. Once a patient reaches their 12th Birthday they will be required to Register themselves for an access code, to comply with confidentiality regulations.
