We operate a Practice Complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria.
The practice takes complaints very seriously and we aim to address all concerns promptly and satisfactorily. We have a formal procedure in place to handle complaints and should you have any grievance please contact our Practice Manager in writing at our Cumberland House Surgery address.
A copy of our Complaints Procedure is available from Reception or please contact our Practice Manager for further information.
Cumberland House Surgery is one of several practices that make up Stafford and Surrounds Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The CCG is responsible for ensuring you get all the services you need.
For details of all primary care services in the area, take a look at the CCG website, www.staffordsurroundsccg.nhs.uk
We constantly strive to give you the best possible care and attention. If you have any suggestions, comments or would like to make a compliment about any aspect of our service, please complete our online form.
Disclaimer: NHS England requires that the net earnings of doctors engaged in the practice is publicised, and the required disclosure is shown below. However it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice, and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, or to make any comparison with any other practice.
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
The average pay for GPs working in Dr Griffiths and Partners in the 2019 to 2020 financial year was £103,539 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 4 part time GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months.
