Ways to Book or Cancel an Appointment

URGENT ADVICE - Please note until further notice due to the current advice from Public Health and NHSE, we are restricting face to face appointments in favour of telephone appointments.  This is to protect both patients and staff from the current  coronavirus.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE unless your appointment has been confirmed.

    Please contact the practice by:

Telephone: Call Cumberland House on 01785 813538 during our opening hours.

Online via our E-Clinic: You can book a slot via Patient Access or the NHS App and leave a reason why the appointment is required. One of the GP Partners will assess your request and one of our care navigators will ring you back with the response that is most fitting to your needs. Please note you do not need to attend the surgery until a care navigator has called you back. Slots open every day at 08.00 until 11.00 and we will start to action the requests from 08.30.

Remember if you can’t make it – PLEASE cancel your appointment.
