Online via our E-Clinic: You can book a slot via Patient Access or the NHS App and leave a reason why the appointment is required. One of the GP Partners will assess your request and one of our care navigators will ring you back with the response that is most fitting to your needs. Please note you do not need to attend the surgery until a care navigator has called you back. Slots open every day at 08.00 until 11.00 and we will start to action the requests from 08.30.

A network of GP Practices has been set up across Stafford, Rugeley and the Seisdon area of Staffordshire offering extended opening hours for pre-bookable and same day routine appointments with a healthcare professional (e.g. Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacist, GP).
We aim to provide non-emergency appointments within 48 hours, where possible, with a GP or other most appropriate healthcare professional. All requests will be assessed by the On Call Duty Doctor in the first instance to ensure you receive the best possible care.
Chronic Disease Management appointments, for example diabetes monitoring or asthma reviews, are available with our Senior Nurse, Sister Barrington. Please contact our reception staff if you require further information.
Patients who need to be seen as an emergency will be seen on the same day. The request will be assessed by the On Call Duty Doctor in the first instance to ensure that you are seen by the most appropriate healthcare professional.

This service reminds you of an appointment via a text message. All registered patients are automatically opted into the service.
Please ensure if you wish to use this service we have your correct mobile telephone number and inform us as soon as possible if your number changes.
If you do not wish to subscribe please contact the surgery and inform reception that you wish to opt out.
If you anticipate that you may require an examination by the Doctor and feel that you would like a chaperone to be present, please make reception aware at the time of booking your appointment so that this can be arranged. Alternatively bring along a member of your family or friend to your appointment.
lf appointments are fully booked with the doctor of your choice, you will be offered the first available appointment with another doctor. Patients are free to express a preference to see a particular doctor or nurse and should you wish to express such a preference, please advise Reception and a note will be made in your medical record.
If you are unable to attend for your appointment we expect at least 24 hours notice, except in extreme cases, so that we are able to offer another patient the use of that appointment.
We have a STRICT policy for patients who regularly miss their appointments which may ultimately result in the removal of them/their family from the practice list.
