Practice Manager

Sue is available if you have any problems with our practice arrangements and to help with any matters of complaint.  If you have any suggestions as to how we could provide a more efficient service please contact the Practice Manager.

 

 

Miss Diane Palmer

Office Manager

Diane has overall supervision of the Computer System and deputy Practice Manager.  Please contact Diane to arrange non-NHS medical examinations.

 

Mrs Yvette Griffiths

Lead Receptionist

Yvette has overall supervision of the Reception Office and is deputy for Diane.

 

 

Mrs Karen Burton

Phlebotomist / Admin

Karen is available for all blood tests by appointment.   

 

Miss Jenny Till and Julie Tighe

Secretarial Office

Jenny and Julie are responsible, amongst other things, for arranging hospital out-patients appointments and medical reports.

 

Reception Staff

Our receptionists are an integral part of our practice team and are usually the first contact for patients accessing our services. In line with the rest of the NHS, we operate a policy of zero tolerance to aggressive or abusive behaviour towards all of our staff.
