Patient Participation Group

The practice is keen to hear the views of our patients and are always looking at ways to improve the service we provide. With this in mind we are looking to establish an on-line  ‘Patient Participation Group’ to formalise the way we collect feedback and keep patients informed of changes made in response to comments or suggestions made through the group.
